Your Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will focus on expanding our sales and market presence through technical research and analysis. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and leveraging data, while using technology to build our client and opportunity universe. Collaborating with our Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will play a direct role in shaping our growth and expanding our business. Building relationships with potential collaborators and future clients to facilitate sales team engagement is also key.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; biopharma or transport & logistics experience is a plus
  • Skilled in data analysis, list building, and using advanced CRM tools
  • Sharp at conducting technical market research and spotting business opportunities
  • Clear communicator, able to turn complex info into clear, actionable insights
  • Can handle multiple projects at once, paying attention to the details

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted market research to identify new client opportunities and market trends
  • Efficiently manage and optimize our database for maximum usability and accuracy
  • Assess client and partner potential, keeping CRM records precise and actionable
  • Align business development efforts with company goals, in close coordination with Sales and Leadership
  • Build strategic connections using industry resources like lists, associations, and referrals
  • Stay ahead of industry trends for better market positioning and decision-making
  • Take an active role in strategic projects, focusing on driving growth through market insights
