Tobin Scientific was added last week to the Philadelphia Area Collegiate Cooperative’s (PACC) impressive roster of Approved Vendor Suppliers. The PACC was formed in 2000 as the result of an agreement between representatives of local higher education purchasing officers to utilize cooperative purchasing best practices to leverage combined buying power for their member institutions. The PACC membership includes public and private institutions located in and around the Philadelphia Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, & Chester counties) area. Tobin Scientific has been in discussions with the PACC for the past months, in the interest of expanding its outreach and awareness among PACC member organizations involved in life science pursuits.

The PACC strategic partnership is one more piece of Tobin Scientific‘s continued expansion plans into the metro Philadelphia and Northern New Jersey life science industry footprint. Earlier this year, Tobin became a member of Life Sciences Pennsylvania (LSPA), and will soon begin leveraging the PACC status and LSPA membership to work toward a brick-and-mortar presence for expansion of it’s bio science operations as well as it’s more traditional commercial moving and storage services.
