Your Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Field Team Leader (Biopharma Services) to oversee technical large lab moves and other support site operations and services for various clients. As the Field Team Leader, your primary goal is to ensure the efficient, safe, and successful site support of our clients' labs and sensitive equipment. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, project management experience, and a thorough understanding of life sciences logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage laboratory relocations and ensure safe and secure transport of sensitive materials and equipment
• Plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Proactively solve problems and make decisive decisions on the ground to address issues that arise
• Provide guidance, support, and supervision to field team members while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare and present reports on project status and identify areas of improvement in our processes and propose innovative solutions

What We're Looking For

• A college degree or strong professional experiences across industry
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management roles, preferably involving lab relocations or similar logistics in the life sciences industry
• Proven leadership skills, ability to manage teams, and strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively with a willingness to travel as needed for projects
• Proficiency with project management tools and technology
