Bushell has been instrumental in strengthening TobinScientific’s quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and operationalexcellence across its current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) facilities. Inher expanded role, she will oversee all quality initiatives, ensuring adherenceto cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 standards, while driving continuous improvementacross the organization’s service lines.

A proven leader in quality assurance, Bushell brings yearsof experience in the life sciences sector. She holds a Master of Science Degreein Engineering Management from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science Degreein Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). Bushell hasa track record of implementing robust quality frameworks that safeguard productintegrity and exceed client expectations across all of Tobin Scientific’s cGMP warehouses.
